Emergency services, Jan. 1 Sunday Jan 1, 2017 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Assault — Kaleb William Lloyd, 18, of the 8300 block of Atlantic Avenue, White City. Medford police arrested Lloyd Friday on felony charges of second-degree assault and second-degree robbery. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Saturday on $200,000 bail. Drugs — Richard John Bell II, 31, of the 13800 block of Highway 62, Eagle point. Eagle Point police arrested Bell Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, a felony warrant for possessing heroin, a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of third-degree theft and for violating his parole on a previous oxycodone possession conviction. He remained lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — John Thomas Haynes, 59, no known address. Medford police arrested Haynes Saturday on a felony warrant for possessing methamphetamine, on a misdemeanor charge of failing to register as a sex offender on his birthday and providing false information to police, on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of failing to appear on previous charges of failing to register his address as a sex offender and possessing methamphetamine, and for violating his probation on previous convictions of failing to register his address as a sex offender and possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Kevin Anthony Miner, 27, of Selma. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Murdock Saturday on felony charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree theft and coercion, and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Burglary — Melissa Louise Manring, 32, of the 2500 block of Sunnyview Lane, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Manring Saturday on felony charges of second-degree burglary and first-degree theft, and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. She was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — William Francis Moore, 32, of the 100 block of Vashti Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Moore Saturday on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing heroin, and on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Aggravated Harassment — Richard Anthony Maldonado Jr., 41, no known address. Medford police arrested Maldonado Saturday on two felony counts of aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, a felony warrant charging second-degree disorderly conduct and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous disorderly conduct charge. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $22,500 bail.
