Medford police Monday arrested Hughes on charges of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree theft and an out-of-county warrant. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $15,000 bail. Drugs — Mark Hardin Brown, 35, of the 1300 block of Foots Creek Road, Gold Hill. An Oregon State Police trooper Monday arrested Brown on charges of possession of marijuana and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $5,000 bail. Theft, drugs — Nanette Lin Patton, 38, of the 600 block of Galls Creek Road, Gold Hill. Patton appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with three counts of first-degree theft, possession of methamphetamine and three counts of second-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Warren Lee McLachlan, 57, of the 600 block of Galls Creek Road, Gold Hill. McLachlan appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
