Police reports, Aug. 17-18 By Local report Aug 18, 2016 12:00 AM A A Wednesday, 3:38 a.m. — Police arrested a 25-year-old man at the intersection of East Main and Garfield streets on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and giving false information to police. Wednesday, 5:17 a.m. — Police investigated a report of third-degree robbery and fourth-degree assault in the 1200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Wednesday, 1:27 p.m. — Police cited a 33-year-old woman in the 100 block of Lithia Way for smoking in a prohibited location. Wednesday, 1:33 p.m. — Police arrested a 26-year-old man in the 100 block of East Main Street on a disorderly conduct charge after he resisted arrest. Wednesday, 5:13 p.m. — Police cited a 34-year-old man for violating open container laws in the first block of Water Street. Wednesday, 5:59 p.m. — Police cited a 25-year-old man for smoking in a prohibited area and a 39-year-old man for smoking marijuana in public, both in the first block of East Main Street. Thursday, 2:15 a.m. — Police investigated an assault in the 100 block of East Main Street.
