Emergency services, July 21 Friday Jul 21, 2017 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Criminal Mischief — Chad Michael Heppner, 41, of the 200 block of Meadow Lane, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Heppner Wednesday on an additional felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief, and on misdemeanor charges of third-degree criminal mischief and theft of services. Eagle Point police originally arrested Heppner Tuesday on charges of second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Thursday on $27,500 bail. Mail Theft — Timothy Allan Shepherd, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Shepherd on felony charges of mail theft, first-degree forgery, identity theft and possessing methamphetamine, felony warrants charging him with possessing heroin and methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, a misdemeanor warrant for providing false information to police and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, first-degree theft and providing false information to police. He remained lodged in jail Thursday on $102,500 bail. Drugs — Joshua Joshiea Beachler, 37, of the 2500 block of Sykes Creek Road, Rogue River. Medford police arrested Beachler Wednesday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine, heroin and oxycodone. He remained lodged in jail Thursday on $25,000 bail. Vehicle Theft — Gabriel Wayne Paxton, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Paxton Wednesday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing methamphetamine. He remained lodged in jail Thursday on $15,000. Drugs — Amber Lyn Phillips, 28, of the 600 block of East Archwood, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Phillips Wednesday on a felony warrant charging her with possessing heroin, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin, second- and third-degree theft, resisting arrest, interfering with police and trespassing. She remained lodged in jail Thursday on $50,000 bail. Money Laundering — Wes Ranscon Trammell, 51, of Mesquite, Texas. Central Point police arrested Trammell Wednesday on a felony charge of laundering a monetary instrument. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday after posting bail. Money Laundering — Chad Allen Riedner, 30, of Mesquite, Texas. Central Point police arrested Riedner Wednesday on a felony charge of laundering a monetary instrument. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday after posting bail. Burglary — Arik Lee Boucher, 35, no known addres. Eagle Point police arrested Boucher Thursday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary, misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing, resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct, on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous second-degree trespassing charge and for violating his parole on a previous second-degree burglary conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Sex Abuse — Denver Earl Wells, 18, of the 1500 block of Dixie Lane, Medford. On Thursday, Wells made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on two felony charges of second-degree sexual abuse. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance. Assault — Shadow Omallah Iles, 45, of the 200 block of Sparrow Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Iles Thursday on felony charges of second- and fourth-degree assault. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $107,500 bail. Driving While Suspended —Michael Ray Brizendine, 44, of the 500 block of South Ivy Street, Medford.  Medford police arrested Brizendine Thursday on a felony charge of driving while suspended or revoked. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Charles Eric Jackson, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Jackson on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft and for violating his parole on a previous charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.  Crime reports Theft — 1100 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen clothing at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday. The loss was valued at $1,100. Theft — 2900 block of Englesea Way, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 2:20 p.m. Thursday. A Pioneer in-dash DVD player and GPS device were reported stolen. The loss and damage to the vehicle's window and dashboard was valued at $1,450.
