Police arrested Vinzant Saturday on three outstanding warrants for failure to appear on charges of possession of amphetamine. Drugs — Kevin James Sanderson, 27, Grants Pass. Ashland police arrested Sanderson Sunday on charges of driving while intoxicated and possession of amphetamine. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $9,000 bail. Drugs — Tara Leigh Long, 42, no address. Medford police arrested Long Sunday on outstanding warrants for possession of amphetamine. Drugs — Karen Martin, also known as Waggoner, 37, no address. Medford police arrested Martin Sunday on two outstanding warrants charge manufacturing and possession of amphetamine. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $30,000 bail. Assault — Rosendo Veraga, 21, no address. Medford police arrested Veraga Sunday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $8,000 bail. Crime reports Burglary — Residents in the 2300 block of Sterling Creek Road, Jacksonville, reported a burglary at 11:59 a.m. Sunday. Doors of the residence were open and items valued at about $4,000 were missing. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies were investigating the incident. Medford police are searching for a black Ford F150 pickup truck with extensive front-end damage that may have slammed into a local Goodwill building Sunday morning. Police suspect the truck, which witnesses said might have gold trim and a tool box in back, rammed into the shop at 11 W. Jackson St. at 9:36 a.m. Police Sgt. Bob Sergi said the vehicle apparently drove off the road and struck the building, causing "significant damage." No specific estimates were available. A witness saw the truck drive away fast from the scene, police said. The truck left behind part of a plastic bug guard and a front-end tow hook.
