Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Rodriguez Sunday on warrants charging him with first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, first-degree sexual abuse and attempted first-degree unlawful sexual penetration. He was held in jail Tuesday on $200,000 bail. Assault — Maddelyn Star Wood, 21, of the 400 block of North Deanjou Avenue, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Wood Sunday on a charge of second-degree assault constituting domestic violence. She was booked in jail Monday and released Tuesday after posting bond. Assault — Ryan Lee Benson, 37, of the 3400 block of Blueblossom Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Benson Monday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, strangulation, coercion and harassment. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail. Burglary — Trevor Dean Hall, 27, of the 1200 block of Spring Street, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Hall Monday on new charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree trespassing and second-degree criminal mischief. Hall additionally made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of felon in possession of a firearm, unlawfully carrying or concealing a firearm and second-degree theft. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies originally arrested hall Sept. 28 on charges of first-degree burglary, attempted assault on a police officer, second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and for violating his parole on a prior second-degree assault conviction. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail. Assault — Arthur Jacob Wood, 41, of the 1100 block of Stevens Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Wood Monday on charges of first-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. He additionally made a circuit court appearance Monday on new charges of first-degree theft, interfering with someone making a police report and harassment. Wood was originally arrested Saturday on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree trespassing and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.
