Central Point police arrested Luedtke late Tuesday on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $5,000 bail. Drugs — James Patrick Hollis, 37, of the 2400 block of Crowfoot Road, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Hollis Wednesday on charges of possession and delivery of amphetamine and attempting to elude police on foot. He was jailed on $22,000 bail. Assault — Jason Christian Davis, 29, of the first block of Union Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Davis Wednesday on charges of second-degree assault, menacing and disorderly conduct. He was jailed on $1,007,000 bail. Drugs — William Bell Muraviov, 22, of the 100 block of Clark Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Muraviov Wednesday on charges of possession of amphetamine and probation violation. He was jailed without bail. Theft — Dale Allen Hoover, 46, of the 500 block of Pearl Street, Medford. Hoover appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Wednesday on indictments charging him with first-degree theft and first-degree forgery. He was booked in jail and released. Drugs — Heather Sunshine Hardenbrook, 29, of the 2800 block of Greensprings Drive, Klamath Falls. Hardenbrook appeared in Circuit Court Wednesday on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamine. She was booked in jail and released. Theft — Gary Lee Montgomery, 50, of the 3200 block of Montgomery Road, White City. Montgomery appeared in Circuit Court Wednesday on indictments charging him with first-degree theft and first-degree forgery. He was booked in jail and released. Crime reports Theft — Medford police Tuesday received a report that someone stole a compact disc player and 120 CDs and vandalized a vehicle in the 700 block of Palm Street, Medford. Stolen and damaged property has an estimated $1,935 value. Stolen vehicle — Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Wednesday received a report that a 1995 teal Pontiac Grand Am was stolen from the 2100 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Theft — Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday received a report that items with an estimated $860 value were stolen from a vehicle parked at the Lower Table Rock trail head. No items were listed. Injury accidents Snake bite — A Phoenix man was listed in good condition at Rogue Valley Medical Center after receiving treatment for a rattlesnake bite Wednesday evening. Rocky Aynes, 49, of the 300 block of Luman Road, told police that he was bitten after opening the lid of a large trash container at Bear Creek Mobile Estates. Aynes told police that he had killed the snake; officers did not find it. Paramedics said Aynes had two bite marks on his arm, which was swelling.
