Eagle Point police arrested Hulbert Thursday on felony charges of possessing and distributing methamphetamine, possessing heroin, and misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing, possessing a concealed knife and possessing concealed brass knuckles. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Omar Alberto Gonzalez, 19, of the 1000 block of West 12th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Gonzalez Thursday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was booked in the jail and released after he posted bail. Theft — Kimberly Ann McNichols, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested McNichols Thursday on felony warrants for first-degree theft and first-degree burglary, misdemeanor warrants charging second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree trespassing, and a warrant charging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Court Appearance — Bryan Michael Lanning, 39, of the 1800 block of Cottonwood Drive, Central Point. On Thursday, Lanning made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and misdemeanor charges of second-degree criminal mischief, hit-and-run and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Nicolas James Vance, 21, no known address. Medford police arrested Vance Thursday on a felony charge of heroin possession, misdemeanor charges of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, second-degree theft, possession of a concealed knife and for violating his probation on a previous felony charge. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Drugs — Felisha Marie Senske, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Senske Thursday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing, contempt and second-degree trespassing. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $41,000 bail.
