  Hoops shooting guru, Flood, set to put on clinic   A basketball shooting clinic put on by local shooting guru David Flood begins Tuesday at Orchard Hill Elementary School in Medford.   The five-week session runs each Tuesday from 4:30-5:30 p.m. for elementary school youngsters and 5:30-6:30 for middle school kids.   Cost is $35 for the five-week session.   Signup is a few minutes before the first session, although particiants will be accepted on any of the nights on a graduated scale.   Flood has taught shooting clinics for the past 10 years in the Rogue Valley and for several years prior to that in Southern California with his father, Des. The late Des Flood was a shooting instructor for Stanford University and for the 1996 U.S. women's Olympic team.   Some of Flood's former students have gone on to play in the NBA and the WNBA.
