Best Among Us: Xilakil Latin Fusion By John Stoeckl Jan 01, 2021 03:46 PM A A Carlos and Claudia opened Xilakil Latin Fusion restaurant in Medford just two years ago. Despite their struggles keeping their business afloat in a pandemic, they decided to feed anyone displaced by the Almeda fire who came by their restaurant for free. They also did a toy drive, donating a margarita for a toy. In order to have a place to put the presents, they also donated 20 Christmas trees.
