Thursday Central Point police added charges of possession, manufacture and delivery of amphetamine. Police arrested Gettling on parole violation charges Nov. 15, and he remains lodged at the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Rosemary Ann Dellipaoli, 46, no address listed. Medford police arrested Dellipaoli Friday on charges of possession and delivery of heroin, as well as a warrant charging her with failing to appear on third-degree theft charges. She was jailed on $36,000 bail. Theft — Kenneth Lee Gibson, 27, of the 4100 block of Pleasant Creek Road, Rogue River. Gibson appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft and first-degree possession of a forged instrument. He was booked into the jail and released. DUII — Randy Leonard Lown, 45, of the 1700 block of East Vilas Road, Central Point. Lown appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with felony driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving with a suspended license. He was booked into the jail and released. Drugs — Joseph Paul Poston, 51, of the 1200 block of West Main Street, Medford. Poston appeared in Circuit Court Friday on an indictment charging him with possession and delivery of amphetamine. He was booked at the jail and released. Crime reports Vehicle theft — 13700 block of North Applegate Road. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy took a report Thursday of a stolen 1989 white Honda Accord. Vandalism — 7500 block of Division Road, White City. A sheriff’s deputy took a report of vandalism to a vehicle. About $1,000 worth of damage was reported. Theft — 2200 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. A deputy took a report Thursday of a theft of a tractor from Naumes Equipment & Fuel Co. An orange 2002 Kubota construction loader valued at $3,500 was reported stolen. Theft — 2000 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report Thursday of the theft of $2,000 worth of Target gift cards from the Target store. Theft — 500 block of West Sixth Street, Medford. Medford police took a report Friday that someone had slashed through a car’s convertible top and stolen a purse and cell phone from inside the vehicle. The damage and the items reported taken had a total estimated value of $1,000. Vehicle theft — 200 block of California Street, Ashland. Ashland police took a report of a stolen 1995 black Jeep Wrangler with a gray soft-top. The license plate of the vehicle reported stolen is YZE 221. Theft — 100 block of Alida Street, Ashland. Ashland police took a report of the theft of a gold and onyx ring and a watch. The items reported stolen had an estimated value of $975. Fire call Fire — 100 block of Daisy Creek Road, Jacksonville. Fire District No. 9 responded to a report of a possible structure fire at a two-story log cabin. When firefighters arrived, the homeowner already had extinguished a small fire caused by a candle left too close to a dried-flower arrangement. Fire district Capt. Greg Gilbert said the fire slightly damaged the home’s wall, but he estimated the damage at less than $500.
