Emergency services, Oct. 6 By Kevin Opsahl Updated: Oct 06, 2022 04:06 PM A A Felony arrests Eluding police — Lucas Ivan Carstens, 27, of the 2000 block of Greenbrook Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Carstens Tuesday on charges of attempting to elude police by vehicle and reckless driving. Carstens was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, and a bail amount was pending Thursday. Public indecency — Justin Allen Neff, 34, no permanent address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Neff Monday on charges of felony public indecency and second-degree criminal trespass. Neff was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail. Drugs — Madron Alfred Coulter, 45, of the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Coulter Wednesday on charges of felony unlawful possession of a schedule II controlled substance and unlawful possession of less than 1 ounce of methamphetamine. Coulter was booked in jail and released. Sex abuse — Kim Jackson Dyer, 70, of the 4000 block of Avenue E, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Dyer Tuesday on charges of first-degree sex abuse, second-degree sodomy and coercion. Dyer was lodged in jail, but bail has not been set. Burglary — Joseph Barnabas Kimmel, 36, of the 2000 block of 79th Avenue, Portland. Medford police arrested Kimmel Wednesday on charges of second-degree burglary and theft and first-degree criminal mischief. Kimmel was booked in jail and released on his own recognizance. Criminal mischief — Travis Dean Lewis, 43, of the 1000 block of Jasper Street, Medford. Medford police arrested on a charge of first-degree criminal mischief. Weapon — Alexander John Postlethwait, 37, no permanent address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Postlethwait Wednesday on charges of being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon, second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass. Postlethwait was lodged into jail and released on his own recognizance.
