People-hole cover doesn’t roll off the tongue as easily, but has anyone come up with ideas for that? — Ann L., Talent Well, Ann, we asked the folks at public works about that and learned that they’re officially being called utility access points. If that isn’t more than a brain wants to remember, we don’t know what is. Of course, we can always hope that there will just be another acronym created out of it, so workers descend into UAPs (oh, please, not another acronym).
