The Knights (10-4, 7-1 Skyline) turned the ball over 20 times in the second and third quarters and found themselves in a 31-all tie with the Hornets in the final minutes. Whittney Makepeace, back in the lineup after missing two games with a back injury, made good on two jumpers to push North Valley back ahead and Shea Miller sank a free throw in the closing seconds to provide the final margin. Makepeace finished with six points, five assists and three steals, while Jenna Matchett scored 10 points to lead Henley. The Hornets fell to 3-5 in the Skyline Conference. LAKEVIEW 45, HIDDEN VALLEY 31 — At Lakeview, Jenna Kiely scored 14 points and Anneke Tucker added eight points and six assists as Lakeview routed Hidden Valley in Skyline Conference play. Caitlin Albertson also scored eight points to go with six rebounds for the Honkers (12-5, 6-2 Skyline), who host Henley tonight at 7.
