Emergency Services, Sept. 11 Sep 11, 2022 12:15 AM A A Felony Arrests Domestic Abuse — Erik Lynn Bailey, 34, of the 2000 block of Westwood Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Bailey Friday on a felony charge of strangulation, domestic abuse, a felony charge of coercion and a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree assault and domestic abuse. Bailey was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday and is being held without bail. Public Indecency — Gerald Andrew Frigaard, 39, of the 600 block of North Main Street, Ashland. Medford Police arrested Frigaard Friday on a felony charge of public indecency, a felony charge of first-degree burglary and misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespassing. Frigaard was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and is being held without bail. Robbery — Phillip Eugene Hobson, 44, of the 900 block of Black Wolf Lane, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Hobson Friday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Hobson was lodged in the Jackson County Jail is being held without bail. Burglary — Joseph Allen Hope, 46, of the 2000 block of Birdseye Creek Road, Gold Hill. Medford police arrested Hope Friday on felony charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary, unlawful manufacture of marijuana and misdemeanor charges of first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and theft of services. Hope was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and is being held without bail. Assault — Daniel Ulises Ibarra-Fernandez, 24, of the 200 block of Aztec Circle, Medford. Medford police arrested Ibarra-Fernandez Friday on felony charges of second-degree assault, felon in possession of a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon. He was also charged with a misdemeanor charge of menacing. Ibarra-Fernandez was lodged in the Jackson County Jail with bail set at $50,000, which he posted and was released. Burglary — Christopher Gene Lindsay, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Lindsay Friday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and second-degree burglary and misdemeanor charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree theft. Lindsay was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and is being held without bail. Burglary — Tyler Lawrence Rogers, 27, no known address. Rogers was arrested by Medford police Friday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. Rogers was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday and released on his own recognizance.
