Medford police arrested Torresan late Tuesday on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree aggravated theft, identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card, as well as on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a drug charge. She was lodged in Jackson County Jail, where she remained Wednesday night. Drugs — Juan Daniel Baca-Bignall, 20, of Grants Pass. Rogue River police arrested Baca-Bignall Wednesday on charges of possession of amphetamines and driving under the influence. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Wednesday night on $9,000 bail. Robbery — Donald Allan Randall Jr., 21, of Yreka, Calif. Medford police arrested Randall Wednesday on charges of first-degree robbery, third-degree assault and second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Wednesday night on $1,029,000 bail. Robbery — Amber Nicole Humphrey, 18, of the 400 block of Emerald Circle, Medford. Medford police arrested Humphrey Wednesday on charges of second-degree robbery, third-degree assault and second-degree theft. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Wednesday night on $1,029,000 bail. Theft — Johnny Dean Marez, 41, of the 400 block of Oak Street, Rogue River. Medford police arrested Marez Wednesday on charges of identity theft, second-degree theft, second-degree forgery and parole violation. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Wednesday night. Indecency — Gerald Andrew Frigaard, 20, of the 100 block of North Pacific Highway, Talent. Medford police arrested Frigaard Wednesday on a felony charge of indecency. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Wednesday night on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Eric Payton Lugar, 19, of the 200 block of Van Ness Avenue, Ashland. Lugar appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court on Wednesday on an indictment charging him with possession, manufacture and delivery of both marijuana and hallucinogenic drugs. He was booked into jail and released.
