Emergency services, Dec. 9 Dec 09, 2022 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Theft — Jessica Jasmine Eaglen, 31, of the first block of Western Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Eaglen Tuesday on charges of first-degree theft and warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first-degree theft, felony fraudulent use of a credit card and felon in possession of a firearm. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance. Child pornography — Cody Austin Hill, 33, of the 700 block of Bybee Drive, Jacksonville. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hill Wednesday on warrants charging him with 10 counts of first-degree encouraging child sexual abuse. He was held in jail Thursday. Child pornography — Andrew Gilbert Holstein, 33, of the 5800 block of Beagle Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Holstein Wednesday on warrants charging him with 10 counts of first-degree encouraging child sexual abuse. He was held in jail Thursday. Strangulation — Nathan Daniel Rucker, 30, of Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Rucker Thursday on charges of felony strangulation constituting domestic violence and misdemeanor fourth-degree assault. He was held in jail Thursday. Hit and run — Bryan Samuel Shephard, 34, of the 6900 block of Pinehurst Street, Central Point. On Wednesday, Shephard made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on three counts of failing to perform the duties of a driver to an injured person and a new charge of third-degree assault. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Shephard Nov. 19 on charges of first- and third-degree theft and on a warrant out of Linn County. He was held in jail Thursday. Child pornography — Nicholas Adam Tellin, 41, of the 400 block of North Rose Street, Phoenix. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Tellin Wednesday on warrants charging him with three counts of first-degree encouraging child sexual abuse and two counts of second-degree encouraging child sexual abuse. He was held in jail Thursday.
