Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend March 18, 2006 Local radio group to continue airing games Radio Medford and Table Rock Sports finalized a four-year extension for local radio coverage of high school sports teams. Under the new agreement, North Medford games will be broadcast on KCMX-AM 880, South Medford contests will be aired on KAKT-FM 105 and Ashland games will be carried on KCMX-FM 102. Radio Medford will carry all home and away football games by the local schools. It also will carry about 20 basketball games for each school. Also included will be a local sports talk show featuring live interviews and league score updates. The first local sports broadcast locally were by KCMX-AM in 1961 when it picked up Ashland High games.
