New steak place planned at Medford center May 15, 2009 12:00 AM A A Vincenzo DiCostanzo and family members Eric and Amy Maxwell are opening a new restaurant in the McAndrews Marketplace center in Medford. Kelton's Steak & Seafood will open in early June in the old McAndrews Avenue Grill location. DiCostanzo has been in the restaurant business for more than half a century, most recently operating Vinny's Italian Kitchen in Eagle Point. The Vinny's Italian Kitchen on North Phoenix Road is operated by DiCostanzo's son, Vinny DiCostanzo. The new restaurant will serve lunch and dinner seven days a week. Kelton's will employ 15 and 20 people. — Greg Stiles
