Emergency services, April 30 Sunday Apr 30, 2017 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Drugs — Cody Dewayne Davis, 28, of the 100 block of Fern Valley Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Davis Friday on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine and manufacturing, distributing and possessing heroin, and on a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — Cheryl Larvie, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Larvie Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Allan Michael Scott Florea, 21, no known address. Medford police arrested Florea Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed dangerous weapon, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine. He remained lodged in jail Saturday on $47,500 bail. Drugs — Kincaid Logan Foster, 22, of the 100 block of Kelso Street, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Foster Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin. He remained lodged in jail Saturday on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Randy Mateo de Acosta, 41, no known address. Medford police arrested Mateo de Acosta Friday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, harassment, resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct. He remained lodged in jail Saturday on $35,000 bail. Coercion — Javier Mendez, 34, of the 2800 block of Elliott Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Mendez Saturday on a felony charge of coercion and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday after posting bail. Elude — Brian Neal Antonucci, 36, of Sunny Valley. Medford police arrested Antonucci Saturday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and distributing and possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a weapon, out-of-county warrants for violating his probation on previous vehicle, firearm and meth-possession charges and on a Nevada warrant. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — Sergio Castro, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Castro Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of interfering with police and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing and distributing meth and tampering with evidence. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $30,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — First block of Rossanley Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a shoplift at 2:44 p.m. Thursday. Makeup valued at $1,000 was reported stolen. Theft — 1900 block of East McAndrews Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 2:38 p.m. Thursday. Mary Kay demo makeup and a black suitcase were reported stolen. The loss and damage to the vehicle window was valued at $1,300.
