Emergency services, June 1 Thursday Jun 1, 2017 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Drugs — Joseph Lloyd Cozo, 47, of the 3100 block of Avenue G, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Cozo Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing hydrocodone and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Charles Edward Ganey, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Ganey Wednesday on a felony count of possessing heroin and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous second-degree theft charge. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $15,000 bail. Arson — Andrew Jonathan Prinslow, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Prinslow Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree arson, a misdemeanor count of abusing a memorial to the dead, for violating his probation on a previous reckless burning charge and for violating his parole on a previous second-degree robbery conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Driving While Suspended — Raymond Burton McIntyre, 44, no known address.Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested McIntyre on felony charges of driving while suspended or revoked and felon in possession of a weapon. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $32,500 bail. Drugs — Andrew Scott Surgeon, 32, no  known address. Medford police arrested Surgeon Wednesday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and oxycodone, a misdemeanor count of possessing a Schedule IV controlled substance and for violating his parole on a previous meth-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Drugs — Travis Dale Penninger, 34, of the 2300 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Penninger Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $12,500 bail. Crime report Theft — 2100 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen diamond ring at 11:07 a.m. Tuesday. The ring was described as having three diamonds on a black hills gold band. The loss was valued at $1,600. Theft — 500 block of Black Oak Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of three stolen Honda generators and a red plastic gas can at 10:38 a.m. Wednesday. The loss was valued at $2,732. Theft — 200 block of Ashland Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 1:57 p.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included gold in a raw form, jewelry, guns, $25 in cash and prescription medication. The loss was valued at $6,337.
