February 04. 2016 12:01AM Emergency services, Feb. 4 Felony arrests Theft — Robert David Bixler, 33, of the 12300 block of Highway 234, Gold Hill. Medford police arrested Bixler Tuesday on four felony counts of first-degree theft, two felony counts of identity theft, seven misdemeanor counts of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, two misdemeanor counts of second-degree criminal mischief and a misdemeanor count of second-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $100,000 bail. Identity Theft — Denise Louise Bixler, 41, no known address. Medford police arrested Bixler Tuesday on felony charges of identity theft and methamphetamine possession, and for a parole violation on a prevoius charge of distributing oxycodone. She was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail. Sex Offender — Derek Lyn Holland, 38, of the 18500 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies arrested Holland on a felony charge of failure to register as a sex offender and for a parole violation on a previous charge of attempted first-degree sodomy. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail. Drugs — Elizabeth Ann Hibbard, 35, of the 2500 block of Thorn Oak Drive, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies arrested Hibbard Wednesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and for a parole violation on a previous meth-possession charge. She was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Stalking — Daniel Ray Petersen, 34, of the 200 block of Riverside Drive, Shady Cove. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies arrested Petersen Wednesday on a felony charge of violating a stalking order.
