Medford police arrested Zarco Thursday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault, and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, menacing, harassment, and for parole violation on a previous charge of felony fourth-degree assault. He was lodged Thursday in the Jackson County jail without bail. Stalking — Steven Scott Hice, 51, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Hice Thursday on a felony charge of stalking. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $60,000 bail. Drugs — Bobbie Jo Langdon, 33, of the 700 block of Southwest Burgess Street, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested Langdon Thursday on a felony charge of heroin possession, and a misdemeanor charge of theft of services. She was booked in the jail and later released due to capacity. Drugs — Joe Warren Helderman, 39, of the 300 block of West Barnett Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Helderman Friday on felony charges of methamphetamine possession and supplying contraband, misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and providing false information, failure to appear on charges of second-degree theft, first-degree trespassing and second-degree criminal mischief and for parole violation on a previous methamphetamine possession charge. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Kimberly Dawn Roe, 39, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Roe Friday on felony charges of methamphetamine and heroin possession, and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and later released due to capacity. Drugs — Joshua Noah Haggans, 42, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Haggans Friday on a felony warrant for methamphetamine possession, failure to appear on methamphetamine possession and contempt of court charges, and an out-of-county warrant for failure to appear on a fourth-degree assault charge. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle — Brandon Lee Evans, 31, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Evans Friday on felony warrants for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, methamphetamine possession and forgery of vehicle registration, and misdemeanor charges of felon in possession of a restricted weapon and second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Friday on $60,000 bail. Court Appearance — Tyler James Bowman, 27, of the 20400 block of Northeast 159th Avenue, Battle Ground, Wash. On Friday, Bowman made his initial court appearance on felony charges of manufacturing and distributing marijuana and possession of more than eight ounces of marijuana. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Adrian Wyatt James King, 24, of the 900 block of West Valley View Road, Ashland. Medford police arrested King Friday on felony charges of methamphetamine and heroin possession, failure to appear on a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of intoxicants and for parole violation on a previous heroin possession charge. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Court Appearance — Darra Victoria Storms, 24, of the 400 block of West Valley View Road, Talent. On Friday, Storms made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Court Appearance — Levi Nicolas Pace-Escoto, 23, of the 1000 block of Ross Lane, Medford. On Friday, Pace-Escoto made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of heroin possession. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Randy Wayne Anderson, 20, no known address. Medford police arrested Anderson Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and for failure to appear on a charge of disorderly conduct and methamphetamine possession warrants. Identity Theft — Eulalio Lopez Jr., 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Lopez Friday on a felony charge of identity theft, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree forgery and for parole violation on a previous charge of distributing heroin. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Crime reports Theft — Medford police took a report of a missing three-piece yellow gold jewelry set containing four diamonds at 11:44 a.m. Friday in the 1200 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. The loss was valued at $1,000. Theft — Medford police took a report of a theft from a motor vehicle at 3:16 p.m. Friday in the 1600 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Items reported stolen included a training suit, a Super Katana bench shirt, a dead lift suit, a squat suit, a 13 mm belt and other weightlifting supplies. The loss was valued at $1,030.
