Daryl McKay Adams, 36, carried the small bomb all the way to the Oregon State Police office in Central Point, where somewhat uncomfortable troopers took the bomb, according to the OSP. The pipe bomb was small and made of PVC. The bomb was taken to a safe place and detonated, police said.
