Medford police Monday arrested Walker on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for failing to appear on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Fugitive — Jose Alfredo Cervantes, 29, of Moses Lake, Wash. Medford police Monday arrested Cervantes on a fugitive warrant out of Washington. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Vehicle theft — Marlena Virginia Hines, 30, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Hines on two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and failing to appear on drug and theft cases. She was lodged Monday in jail on $95.000 bail. Drugs — Eric Vaughn Doty, 21, of the 100 block of North Fifth Street, Central Point. Doty made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of heroin. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Drugs — Steve Pitzl, 57, of the 1200 block of West 10th Street, Medford. Pitzl made his initial appearance Monday in circuit court on two counts of possession of methamphetamine and one count of first-degree trespass. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Rape — Michael Ray Watts, 24, of the 100 block of Orr Drive, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Watts on charges of third-degree rape, third-degree sodomy, second- and third-degree sexual abuse, encouraging child sexual abuse and on a fugitive warrant out of California. He was lodged Monday in jail on $80,000 bail. Theft — Weston James Smith, 52, of the 500 block of North Front Street, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Smith on a charge of first-degree theft and for violating the conditions of his parole on a previous robbery conviction. He was lodged Sunday in jail without bail. Drugs — Jeremy Robert Bondurant, 43, of the 4000 block of Yale Creek Road, Jacksonville. Medford police Sunday arrested Bondurant on charges of possession of methamphetamine, contempt and violating the conditions of his parole on a previous robbery conviction. He was lodged Sunday in jail without bail. Drugs — Cody Aaron Kenyon, 23, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Kenyon on a charge of possession of heroin and for violating the conditions of his parole on a previous heroin-possession conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Crime Reports Burglary — 1800 block of South Peach Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 3:42 p.m. Sunday of a burglary to a residence from which a five-string bass guitar, a Fender electric guitar and miscellaneous musical equipment was stolen. The loss was valued at $1,950. Burglary — 2800 block of Juanipero Way, Medford. Medford police took a report at 9:38 a.m. Sunday of a burglary to a residence from which a laptop computer, a 7mm rifle and scope and miscellaneous other hunting equipment was stolen. The loss was valued at $3,110.
