Friday, 10:57 a.m. — Police investigated a shoplifting report in the 1400 block of Ashland Street. Friday, 11:40 a.m. — Police investigated a business burglary in the 2200 block of Ashland Street. Friday, 12 p.m. — Police cited a man in the first block of East Main Street for violating open container laws. Friday, 1:08 p.m. — Police cited a man in the first block of North Pioneer Street for scattering rubbish. Friday, 1:45 p.m. — Police investigated a theft report in the 300 block of East Main Street. Friday, 3:23 p.m. — Police cited a man at the intersection of East Main and North Pioneer streets for scattering rubbish. Friday, 3:31 p.m. — Police cited two men at the intersection of Will Dodge Way and North Pioneer Street for violating open container laws. Friday, 3:47 p.m. — Police took an intoxicated adult male in to protective custody in the 100 block of Lithia Way and transported him to a detox facility. Friday, 4:11 p.m. — Police cited a man in the 100 block of Lithia Way for smoking in a prohibited area. Saturday, 9:39 a.m. — Police cited a 45-year-old male in the 700 block of Siskiyou Boulevard on a Josephine County warrant. Saturday, 12:25 p.m. — Police arrested a man in the 700 block of Jefferson Avenue for offensive littering. Saturday, 12:33 p.m. — Police cited a man in the 100 block of Winburn Way for public marijuana use. Saturday, 1:35 p.m. — Police cited a man in the 200 block of Oak Street for violating open container laws. Saturday, 3:20 p.m.— Police assisted Medford police in locating and arresting a man in the 2200 block of Ashland Street. Saturday, 4:35 p.m. — Police cited a man in the first block of North Main Street for smoking in a prohibited area. Saturday, 8:50 p.m. — Police arrested a man in the 1600 block of Sunset Avenue on an outstanding warrant out of Colorado, and on new charges of first-degree burglary, trespassing, criminal mischief and giving false information to a police officer. Saturday, 10:04 p.m. — Police took a man in the 1200 block of Iowa Street into custody on a mental health hold. Sunday, 1:52 p.m. — Police cited a man in the 100 block of East Main Street for smoking in a prohibited area. Sunday, 1:54 a.m. — Police investigated an assault report in the 400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. They arrested a man on fourth-degree assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, and second-degree theft charges. Sunday, 9:04 a.m. — Police arrested a man in the 500 block of Mistletoe Road on a warrant and for trespassing. Sunday, 11:35 a.m. — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Ashland and Washington streets. Sunday, 8:49 p.m. — Police found lost property in the first block of Winburn Way. Monday, 4:31 a.m. — Police investigated a theft from a motor vehicle in the 700 block of Faith Avenue.
