A Jackson County Narcotics Enforcement Team agent Wednesday arrested Thompson on charges of possession of amphetamines and delivering amphetamines. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she remained late Wednesday on $15,000 bail. Identity theft, theft — Garry Wayne Fulton, 25, no known address. A Medford police officer Wednesday arrested Fulton on three counts of identity theft, first-degree theft and first-degree forgery. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $75,000 bail. Identity theft — Robert James Luzier, 31, of Redding, Calif. A Medford police officer Wednesday arrested Luzier on charges of identity theft and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail and later released on his own recognizance. Criminal mischief — Chris Robert Bretches, 31, of the 3100 block of Alta Vista Drive, Eagle Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Wednesday arrested Bretches on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal mischief and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in jail and later released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Steven Robert Russo, 19, of the 100 block of Mace Road, Medford. An Oregon State Police trooper Wednesday arrested Russo on charges of possession of marijuana, delivering marijuana, manufacturing marijuana and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in jail and later released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Keith Alan Barnett, 21, of the 1200 block of Daisy Circle, Central Point. An Ashland police officer late Tuesday arrested Barnett on charges of possession of marijuana, delivering marijuana and manufacturing marijuana. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $25,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 300 block of Ardmore Avenue, Medford. A Medford police officer Wednesday took a report of a theft in which a gun, stereo, DVD player and DVDs valued at $900 were stolen from a vehicle.
