Emergency services, Nov. 11 Saturday Nov 11, 2017 at 8:00 AM Felony arrests Drugs — Mark Iwao Austin Pope, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Pope Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine and third-degree theft. Medford police arrested Pope Thursday on additional misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing and possessing methamphetamine. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $30,000 bail. Criminal Mischief — Tylor Lee Arnold, 32, of the 1100 block of Stevens Street, Medford. On Thursday, Arnold made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance. Vehicle Theft — Jerry Weston Teague, 33, of Seattle, Washington. Ashland police arrested Teague Thursday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing burglary tools, and on a misdemeanor charge of possessing methamphetamine. Ashland police arrested him Friday on additional misdemeanor charges of unlawfully entering a motor vehicle and second-degree theft. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $27,500 bail. Mail Theft — Tyler Daniel Hague, 20, no known address. Phoenix police arrested Hague Thursday on felony warrants charging him with mail theft and possessing heroin, and on misdemeanor warrants for second-degree criminal mischief. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $37,500 bail. Marijuana Delivery — Tong Xiong, 28, of Robbinsdale, Minnesota. Oregon State Police arrested Xiong Thursday on a felony charge of delivering marijuana and a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully possessing marijuana and unlawfully importing or exporting marijuana. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $30,000 bail. Marijuana Delivery — Spy Lee Vang, 40, of Stone Lake, Iowa. Oregon State Police arrested Vang Thursday on a felony charge of delivering marijuana, and on misdemeanor charges of unlawfully possessing marijuana and unlawfully importing or exporting marijuana. She remained lodged in jail Friday on $30,000 bail. Assaulting an Officer — Jazmin Quinonez-Ortega, 28, of the 4200 block of Hamrick Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Quinonez-Ortega Thursday on a felony charge of assaulting a police officer, and on misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest, interfering with police, harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct. She remained lodged in jail Friday on $27,500 bail. Robbery — John Eric Young, 40, of the 1900 block of Oregon Avenue, Medford. Medford police and Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Young Friday on on felony charges of first-degree robbery, two counts of second-degree assault, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and felony driving while suspended or revoked, misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, hit-and-run, second-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving and fourth-degree assault. He was lodged in jail Friday on $442,500 bail. Drugs — Warren Alexander Rich, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Rich Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Friday on $7,500 bail.
