Grants Pass Students Build Tower for Historic Bell By John Stoeckl Updated: Jun 10, 2021 02:25 PM A A Last October, metal and fabrication instructor Jake Leair of Grants Pass High School was asked if he and his premiere senior students could build a tower for a historic bell that was created in 1883 and placed on the campus. Using a concept by senior Emmett Allen, they set out to build a new tower just in time for graduation.
