A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Baines on charges of aggravated first-degree theft and first-degree theft. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she remained Tuesday night on $15,000 bail. Theft, forgery — Tamara Lynn Biles, 33, of the 600 block of Applegate Street, Jacksonville. Biles appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with aggravated first-degree theft, first-degree theft, first-degree forgery and computer crime. She was booked into jail, then released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Rodolfo Rubio-Brigil, 24, no known address. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday arrested Rubio-Brigil on charges of possession of amphetamines, delivering amphetamines, delivering controlled substances to a minor and being an illegal alien. He was lodged in jail without bail. Burglary — Timothy John Barker, 49, no known address. A sheriff’s deputy Tuesday arrested Barker on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and first-degree attempted theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Tuesday night on $34,000 bail. Drugs — Dana William Shaw, 42, no known address. Shaw appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with three counts of possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Assault — Eric Matthew Noble, 35, of the 2100 block of Roberts Road, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Noble on charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Tuesday night on $8,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 1100 block of West Second Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday took a report of a theft of a 1989 Honda Accord, Oregon license plate XYY 283. Burglary — 100 block of Clover Lane, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday took a report of a residential burglary in which a set of golf clubs valued at $200 was taken.
