Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Monday arrested Ross on one count of first-degree rape, two counts of first-degree sodomy and six counts each of first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree sexual penetration with a foreign object. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held in lieu of $15 million bail. Drugs — Michael Steven Fillmore, 42, of the first block of Theo Drive, Talent. Talent police Monday arrested Fillmore on a charge of possession of amphetamines and for allegedly violating his parole on a previous drug conviction. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail. Hit and run — Richard Jackson Rich, 32, of the 3000 block of State Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Monday arrested Rich on a felony charge of hit-and-run driving with an injury. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail. Theft — Jordan Lane Lee, 26, of the 1000 block of Olympic Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Lee on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail. Miscellaneous Jail releases — A total of 118 inmates were released last week from the Jackson County Jail to meet its court-ordered cap of 230 inmates. Of those, 49 were released before their scheduled court appearances, 19 were granted an early release from a sentence and 50 were released for miscellaneous reasons.
