Medford police arrested Deleon-Matias Wednesday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and harassment. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday and released Thursday after posting bond. Drugs — Brandon Montgomery Page, 43, of the 2500 block of Thorn Oak Drive, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Page Wednesday on a warrant charging him with unlawfully delivering methamphetamine. Medford police originally arrested Page Wednesday on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was booked in jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Aggravated Theft — Andrew James Ceremony, 28, no known address. On Thursday, Ceremony made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on new charges of aggravated first-degree theft, first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing a motor vehicle. Ceremony was initially arrested following court appearances Oct. 20 on charges of third-degree robbery, second- and third-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was held in jail Saturday. Assault — Alfredo Healey Flori III, 25, of the 3600 block of Avenue A, White City. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Healey Thursday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, harassment, a contempt of court charge for violating a no-contact order and on two warrants for failing to appear on contempt of court charges for violating terms of release agreements. He was held in jail Saturday. Sex Offender — Gerald Andrew Frigaard, 39, of the 600 block of North Main Street, Ashland. On Thursday, Frigaard made a circuit court appearance on a new charge of failing to report as a sex offender. Medford police originally arrested Frigaard Sept. 9 on charges of first-degree burglary, felony public indencency, second- and third-degree theft. He was held in jail Saturday on $115,000 bail. Drugs — Joshua Harris Nichols, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Nichols Thursday on charges of manufacturing, delivering and felony possessing more than an ounce of methamphetamine. He was held in jail Saturday. Assault — Clifton Eugene Patterson, 38, of the 1800 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Patterson Thursday on a charge of felony fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. He was booked in the jail Thursday and no longer an inmate as of Saturday. Weapon Use — Daniel Ryan Lee Tiger, 37, of the 1900 block of Parsdale Drive, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested Tiger Thursday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree escape, attempting to elude police by vehicle, attempting to elude police by foot, reckless endangering, reckless driving, hit-and-run property damage and on a California fugitive warrant. He was held in jail Saturday. Aggravated Harassment — Joshua Lee Wheelock, 45, of the 17200 block of Redwood Highway, Selma. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Wheelock thursday on an added charge of aggravated harassment. Medford police and sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Wheelock June 4 on charges of first-degree arson, attempted first-degree arson, reckless burning, reckless endangering, first- and second-degree trespassing, resisting arrest, third-degree theft and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was held in jail Saturday on $117,500 bail. Weapon Use — Sergio Carrera-Castillo, 49, of the 700 block of Power Street, Ashland. On Friday, Carrera-Castillo made an appearance in circuit court on two counts of unlawful use of a weapon. Ashland police originally arrested Carrera-Castillo Thursday on a weapon use charge and charges of menacing, second-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest. He was held in jail Saturday. Burglary — Joseph Barnabas Kimmel, 38, of Portland. On Friday, Kimmel made a court appearance on new charges of second-degree burglary, first- and second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree trespassing and third-degree theft. Central Point police originally arrested Kimmel Oct. 9 on warrants for failing to appear in court on earlier charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief. He was held in jail Saturday.
