But the Indians took another step toward securing a state-playoff berth with a 57-38 victory over Grants Pass on Tuesday night. Katie Fuller, a 6-foot-1 senior post, scored a season-high 26 points and senior point guard Katie Stephens added 15 points, seven assists and four boards to fuel Roseburg (12-7, 5-4 SOC), which moved into a tie with Grants Pass (11-7, 5- 4 SOC) for fourth place in the SOC. "Katie Stephens did a great job of breaking down Grants Pass’ defense," Roseburg coach Bob Feasel said. "She penetrated the middle and either scored or set up other players." The beneficiary was often Fuller, who made 7 of 17 shots from the field and 12 of 16 from the free-throw line. Roseburg led just 34-26 at halftime but turned the game into a rout by holding the Cavers to 12 points in the second half.
