Emergency services, Nov. 22 By Mail Tribune staff Nov 22, 2022 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Arson — James Dean Lehman, 53, of the 200 block of North Ivy Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Lehman Saturday on charges of first-degree arson and second-degree criminal mischief. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Monday. Contraband — Zayna Summer Johnson, 28, of the 500 block of Monroe Street, Medford. Talent police arrested Johnson Sunday on charges of supplying contraband, delivering a Schedule II controlled substance, first-degree trespassing, third-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanor theft of services and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of delivering heroin, felony heroin possession, second-degree theft and misdemeanor methamphetamine possession. She was held in jail Monday. Burglary — Bryan Jesse Scoggins, 30, no known address. Talent police arrested Scoggins Sunday on charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree trespassing, third-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanor theft of services and warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of second-degree trespassing and providing false information to a police officer. He was held in jail Monday. Theft — Bryan Samuel Shepard, 34, of the 6900 block of Pinehurst Street, Central Point. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Shephard Sunday on warrants charging him with first- and third-degree theft, on warrants for violating his probation on prior methamphetamine possession convictions and on a Linn County warrant. He was held in jail Monday.
