The spirit and culture of Fat City, a popular Medford night club in the 1970s and 1980s, returns for one night only. Come shake your groove thing, be a dancing queen and get decked out for the disco scene at this reunion party celebrating the club. The music that moved your soul, and got you up on that dance floor comes back to Medford. Kent Nottingham, Fat City DJ from 1984-87, and Guest DJ Todd P., also known as Todd Hurley, a current Sacramento resident who was a loyal Fat City patron from 1982-87, will be on the ones and twos. Cost is $17 in advance and $20 at the door. The party starts at 7 p.m. at Landmind Promotions, 327 S. Fir St, just across the tracks from the building that was Fat City.
