Medford police arrested Brown Monday on a felony charge of first-degree arson and a first-degree charge of recklessly endangering another person. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday on $100,000 bail. Witness Tampering — Cory J. Worker, 31, of Taylorville, Illinois. Medford police arrested Worker Monday on four additional felony counts of tampering with a witness. Medford police originally arrested Worker May 11 on felony charges of first- and second-degree kidnapping, third-degree robbery and coercion. He was held in jail Tuesday on $400,000 bail. Drugs — Daniel Vincent Jones, 44, of the 4900 block of Old Upton Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Jones Tuesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing more than an ounce of methamphetamine, and manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin. He was held in jail Tuesday on $567,500 bail. Officer Assault — Wesley Dwayne Redd, 22, of Fort Bragg, California. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Redd Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with assaulting a police or public safety officer. He was held in jail Tuesday on $7,500 bail.
