Emergency services, March 24 Saturday Mar 24, 2018 at 8:00 AM Felony arrests Weapon — Isaac Phillip Escoto, 23, of the 1000 block of Ross Lane, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Escoto Thursday on an additional felony charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon. MADGE detectives and Medford police originally arrested Escoto Wednesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of possessing oxycodone and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on prior fourth-degree assault and reckless endangering charges. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $522,500 bail. Robbery — Jarod P. Haines, 19, of the 400 block of East Dutton Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Haines Thursday on felony charges of first- and second-degree robbery and first-degree burglary. He was additionally charged in Jackson County Circuit Court Friday with a felony charge of delivering cocaine and misdemeanor counts of possessing cocaine and delivering and possessing a Schedule IV controlled substance. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $525,000 bail. Weapon Use — Daniel Pelleschi, 37, no known address. Ashland police arrested Pelleschi Thursday on felony charges of unlawful use of a weapon and felon in possession of a restricted weapon, misdemeanor charges of reckless endangering and possessing a concealed firearm, and for violating his parole on a prior coercion conviction. He remained lodged in jail Friday without bail. Criminal Mischief — Robert Charles Burnside, 58, of the 2300 block of Gould Circle, Medford. Medford police arrested Burnside Friday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor charge of attempted second-degree burglary and for violating his parole on a prior methamphetamine-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Witness Tampering — Alisa Diana Jo Harrington, 30, of the 3100 block of Forest Hills Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Harrington Friday on a felony charge of tampering with a witness and a misdemeanor charge of violating a no-contact order. She was booked in the jail and released Friday after posting bail. Money Laundering — Joshua David Heller, 29, of Shasta Lake, California. On Friday, Heller made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of laundering a monetary instrument. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance. Identity Theft — Annette Rae Ball, 44, of the 200 block of Tolman Creek Road, Ashland. On Friday, Ball made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of identity theft and misdemeanor charges of second-degree forgery and second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance. Robbery — Lindsay Paige Mallory, 27, of the 2300 block of Griffin Creek Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Mallory Friday on a felony charge of second-degree robbery and misdemeanor counts of harassment, third-degree theft and second-degree disorderly conduct. She was lodged in jail Friday on $110,000 bail. Drugs — Adam Joseph Gwinn, 36, of the 1900 block of Amber Drive, Medford. On Friday, Gwinn made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance. Crime reports Theft — 3000 block of Bullock Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 12:21 p.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included three large batteries, a yellow and black generator and a solar panel array. The loss was valued at $1,851. Theft — 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft and vandalism at 7:58 p.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included a brown and tan fishing tackle box, a machete, a black fire ax, silver throwing knives and a black and silver sharpening stone. The loss and damage to a vehicle tire was valued at $546. Burglary — 1300 block of South Holly Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 2:45 a.m. Friday. Eight Titleist hats were reported stolen. The loss and damage to a large window was valued at $400. Vandalism — 2000 block of Cardinal Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to an automatic sliding door sensor at 8:03 a.m. Friday. The damage was valued at $900.
