Felony arrests Burglary — Adam James Guenther, 28, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Guenther Thursday on additional felony charges of first-degree burglary and eight counts of first-degree theft. Eagle Point police originally arrested Guenther Tuesday on a Nevada fugitive warrant. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Thursday without bail. Burglary — Jessy Ray Nuckolls, 28, of the 400 block of South Front Street, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Nuckolls Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree theft and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, harassment and second-degree trespassing. He remained lodged in jail Thursday on $10,000 bail. Contraband — Michael David Roper, 29, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies and Jackson County Parole and Probation arrested Roper Thursday on felony charges of supplying contraband, possessing heroin, providing false information to police and for violating his parole on a first-degree theft conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Drugs — Steven Lee Staker, 43, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Staker Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of second- and third-degree theft and providing false information to police. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $22,500 bail. Drugs — Heather Elizabeth Campbell, 32, no known address. On Thursday, Campbell made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance. Sex Offender — Danny Scott Campbell, 52, of the 1000 block of Terminal Spruce Road, Medford. On Thursday, Campbell made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance. Vehicle Theft — Vladimir Voshev, 25, of West Sacramento, California. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Voshev Thursday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $12,500 bail. Identity Theft — Joe Fitzgerald Harris III, 54, of the 600 block of North Main Street, Ashland. On Thursday, Harris made his initial court appearance on four felony counts of identity theft and two felony counts of first-degree forgery. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance. Identity Theft — Nathan Dean May, 37, no known address. On Thursday, May made his initial appearance on charges including seven felony counts of identity theft, two felony counts of first-degree forgery and three misdemeanor counts of second-degree forgery. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance. Crime reports Theft — 600 block of South Ivy Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:19 a.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included a pair of black aviator-style Ray-Ban sunglasses and coupons. The loss was valued at $130. Theft — 1800 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen vehicle at 6:57 a.m. Wednesday. Theft — 1100 block of South Holly Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen tank of gas at 9:52 a.m. Wednesday. The loss was valued at $101. Theft — 2400 block of Biddle Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen blue luggage bag containing clothing at 3:59 p.m. Wednesday. The loss was valued at $475. Theft — 1600 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a shoplifter at 4:57 p.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included womens Silver jeans, an INC peasant dress, a Tommy Hilfiger hoodie and sweatpants and a black Nike training top. The loss was valued at $317. Theft — 1100 block of Court Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen red bicycle with white lettering at 7:56 p.m. Wednesday. The loss was valued at $300. Theft — 500 block of East Vilas Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen ring doorbell camera at 4:33 a.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $100. Theft — 400 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen license plate off a vehicle at 7:44 a.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $50. Theft — 500 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 9:03 a.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included a large camouflage Remington backpack containing miscellaneous jeans, shirts, food, medical records and prescription medication. The loss was valued at $405. Theft — 700 block of Beall Lane, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen DeWalt battery-powered saw and drillbit at 9:23 a.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $160. Burglary — 600 block of Seventh Fairway Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 9:27 a.m. Thursday. A Stanley power drill valued at $150 was reported stolen. Vandalism — First Block of Ross Court, Medford. Medford police took a report of spray paint graffiti to a vehicle at 10:45 a.m. Thursday. The damage was valued at $300. Theft — 2200 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen flute at 11:13 a.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $560. Vandalism — 1900 block of Delta Waters Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vacuum at 3:09 p.m. Thursday. The damage was valued at $3,000.
