Tuesday, 11:46 a.m. – Ashland police cited a man for alleged use of marijuana in public in the first block of Water Street. Tuesday, 1:47 p.m. – Ashland police arrested a man on the charges of theft III and interfering with a police officer in the 100 block of North Mountain Avenue. Tuesday, 4:43 p.m. – Ashland police cited a man for an alleged open container and drinking in public in the 100 block of Hargadine Street.
