The Garner Complex fires have grown to nearly 20,000 acres as of Wednesday morning, according to a release from the Oregon Department of Forestry. Nighttime paving will begin Sunday, July 29, on nine miles of Interstate 5 from Grants Pass Exit 58 to near Rogue River Exit 48.
