read through the user manual carefullybefore operating
the machine in order to maximizethe ability and life of
our product. Please take goodcare of this manual for
future reference. Theappearance of our players shown
in the manual may differ from the actual products since
all pictures are based on the prototype of our models.
As some components would take up spaces in the flash
memory, itis normal to find out that the availablememory
size is lesser than normal.

Operational Notes
If the MP3 player will not be operated for aprolonged period, remove the battery
to avoid possibledamage caused by electricalleakage.
The MP3 player should be kept in areas freefrom extreme temperature changes,
moisture and dust.
Set the HOLD switch to release position before operation
Do not dropthe player
Battery life mayvary depending on usage condition and manufacture date.
Please change the battery under Low Battery indicator displayed.(All buttons
are not responding even after the batteryhas been taken out and replaced)
Do not use the player for a very long periodin order to protect your audio ability
If the playerstopsrunning under properoperation,please reset by taking out battery.
Do not use layer when driving or cycling.
The optimum temperature for operation is 5 -45 degree Celsius (41F -95F) with
humidity between 10%and 75 %.

Open the battery compartment andload one AAA7 batteryas directed by

When the LCD displays”Low Battery “it indicates
a need of batterychange. Turn offthe machine
before replacing a newbattery.
Turning the power on/off
The “HELLO” greeting appearswhen “() ” button is pressed. The length of timefor the
backlight to stay onis depending on userpreference.
Switching the power offby pressing on the“ »\m ” button continuously.” BYEBYE ” will
appear on the screenbefore the machine hasswitched off.

By pressing VOL+/VOL- button, you could control thevolume under either Playor Pause
mode. The volume steps(see illustration) will increaseor decrease when thenthe VOL+
/VOL- button is pressedcorrespondingly.

Under music/voice mode, youcan press A-B/EQbutton to selectA and B,then A-B musicor
voice will play continuously. Press A-B/EQbutton to cancel, LCDdisplays as:

M Interpreting the message regardingmusic file and voicefile
When in play/stop status,the display will showthe number of musicor voice file, e.g.003. After
the file number isthe current playing timeof the music orvoice file. The totaltime for the music
and voice file isshown at the beginningwhen the file startsplaying (for 1 second)

Under “STOP” mode, press “FUNCTION” and “+” at the same time,then you will seethe

Under Voice Function,press “A-B/EQ” button and you willsee that “REC MIC ” has appeared
on the screen. Press “A-B/EQ” again to start recording. Display is the sameas follows:
At the mean time,if you press» andie<during “REC MIC” appeared on the screen, the
CD line-in function webe activated. Under CDline-in mode, press “A-B/REC” to start the
file transfer from CDto Mp3 player. The screen will showthe same display asabove

The operating procedure isthe same as playingnormal music files
Remarks: “A-B” repeating function can only function in play/stop status. “EQ” mode can
only be changed by pressing the “ A-B/EQ ” button under play/stop/pause status. It cannot
function in recording mode.

Under "STOP"status of voicemode, press “FUNCTION” and “+” at the same time,then you will

M Auto search
Press “Function” button for a whileto auto search andmemorize radio channels.
When the LCDdisplays “SFARCH” (fig. 1), youcan not cancelits operation until
the auto search has finished. Whenthe searching processhas finished, thescreen
will show the first channel andhow its frequency (fig. 2). RVHC can memorize radio

Press >>I or 44 to fine tune.By pressing “A-B/EQ” button for a moment,the machine will memorizethe
current radio frequency.lf you want torepeat the auto searchfunction, press stop/play buttonuntil »\m
appeared on the screen,then press bei or 144 to activatethe auto search functionagain. Similarly, ifyou
want to fine tuneany channels, you onlyneed to press play/stopbutton once till the>\m disappeared from
the screen. You may now finetune the channel bypress the “A-B/EQ” button for a while.

E Operation of FMfiles in PC
When the USB connectionbetween the mp3 playerand PC has completed, you can find that
there is a foldercalled “FM” in the player.Inside you can findthe recorded FM files.
Just like other musicfiles, you can rename,copy or delete theRecorded FM files.
M Quit FM Tunermode
Press “FUNCTION” button to quit FMtuner mode and backto music or voicemode.
M EQ Configuration: 6 differentEQ modes ( pleaserefer to p13 forconfiguration)
E In order to lowerthe power consumption, thismachine is designed toauto power-
off if it hasbeen idled for 1minute.
E The default backlight ontime is 10 seconds.When you are operatingthe player,
the backlight will turnon for 10 seconds.

WE Upload/download files
The operation for thisplayer is just likeother USB storage device, you can copy fileto related
file folder, orto rename it forthe sake of betterunderstanding of song titleduring playing or
recording.

After the machine hasconnected with a PC,choose the files thatyou want to copyand drag
it to the removabledevice folder (mp3 player). The saved files willplay according to their
file names. If youwant to change theirorder of playing, pleasechange their file names

Remarks: During the processof uploading/downloading files, “WRITE/RD” will be shown
on the screen. Ifyou unplug the cableat this time, itmay cause errors tothe files.
Naming of files
