ORDER
The Court believes it is necessary to schedule a status conference to
discuss the current status of this case. The Court would like to resolve this
matter as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore, the Court sets a
thirty-minute status conference on Monday , May 1, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in
the Fourth Floor Courtroom of the Eldon B. Mahon United States
Courthouse, located at 501 W. 10th Street, Fort Worth, Texas. Counsel for
all parties are ORDERED to attend.
