ORDER
Before the Court is the Parties Joint Status Report . ECF No. 2 2.
Having considered the Joint Report, related docket entries, and
applicable law, the Court hereby ORDERS Plaintiffs to file their
opening brief as to the timing for producing responsive records by
March 8, 2023, the FDA to file its opposition by March 22, 2023, and
Plaintiffs to file their reply by March 29, 2023.
