1,500-page proposal for the Toronto Quayside smart-city redevelopment (2017–2020). Sidewalk Labs (Alphabet/Google subsidiary) withdrew in May 2020 after privacy / data-governance pushback. The MIDP is the canonical blueprint for a fully-instrumented urban district.
