[music] >> All right, so Candace Owens, Candace Owens is ready to testify in Charlie Kirk's assassination trial to defend Tyler Robinson. Because what's going on? Apparently, the bullets don't match up. None of it matches up. None of it matches up at all. So, let's talk about what happened. Let's talk about what's going on here. Because as it stands right now, um new evidence is shining to light overall with what happened to Charlie Kirk. Do we have the wrong shooter? Is the shooter or shooters still out there? The answer is most likely yes. I would willfully sit on the defense side and say, "This person told me that the Feds planted the gun. This person told me that the bomb dogs couldn't find it." How can you sit back and pretend that you are like a friend of Charlie Kirk because you're trying to get a patsy put into prison? Like you guys are completely monstrous and pretend that you're on the side of morality. There was an overwhelming amount of evidence that the Feds set this kid up as a patsy. Okay? Everyone in the town, all the local sheriff departments, the SWAT team, they believe that the Feds came in and they started lying and they were sending people on wild goose chase and they uh you know, said the gun was here and they said it was over there. There was no gun. They didn't want the bomb dogs to go in a certain places. Like I said, I am not getting this information from people that do not have the credibility to assert that. That's how I got the pictures inside of the car. Okay? I'm speaking to people with first-hand intimate knowledge and they all believe that the Feds set this up. So, how are there people out there saying otherwise? Why wouldn't I testify for the defense? I want to find Charlie's real killer. I don't want to find some random kid that they're sticking this on. By the way, if you look at the weapon of choice that was at least allegedly used by the defendant, the round and caliber should it have hit a human being would have caused more explosive damage to the bone and tissue. It's too clean of a shot. Too clean. And by the way, when Charlie's life was taken away from him, the crime scene was easily and quickly cleaned up. There's a lot of things that need to be called into question of just how and why There have been numerous red flags and Candace Owens has been one of the dauntless few to really, you know, bring up what happened to Charlie Kirk. Now, the thing is, we have to look at everything with clear eyes here. It's easy to fall into the conspiracy theory traps and it's easy to believe all the red flags waving to be absolute truth. There's always a truth, but the thing is healthy skepticism, but at the same time as well, I have found it very suspicious overall how quick and easy this entire case seems to be wrapped up and in turn, I find it very suspicious how Turning Point USA has done a complete 180 to the words and actions of Charlie Kirk. Now, there's probably a billion things that myself and Charlie Kirk would disagree on. However, he was very adamant on being against the war with Iran and he was one of the very few people on October 7th, 2023 in the aftermath of it to call into question of how Israel allowed something like October 7th to go down. He's been to Israel numerous times. Charlie Kirk had a good close relationship with Israel. But probably noticed some things changing in people's actions around him. Who knows what really went down in the end. But his assassination is not just over. It spells out a bigger problem in the realms of independent media and social media. It spells out a problem of controlled narrative and how easily people can fall for it. And look, you know, everyone grieves differently, but I got to tell you, if I was in Charlie Kirk's shoes and my partner was putting on those kind of parades or somebody was doing anything equivalent to that, I hope somebody would call that out and say, "Hey, what are you doing?" It's not Tyler Robinson. Tyler Robinson did not do this alone. I feel the opposite of how Erica Kirk felt sitting next to Barry Weiss. With everything I have collected, I feel the exact opposite as Charlie Kirk's wife. I feel almost certain that Tyler Robinson did not shoot not I would say I would say I feel 99.9% certain that Tyler Robinson did not shoot Charlie Kirk from a rooftop by himself. How about that? I'm going to say 0.1% because I don't know. You just should never say 100% unless you're uh you know, Erica Kirk's lawyers. 100% we'll get him. We'll get him. We're just going to go on vibes. No, you're going on corruption, not vibes. What she feels 100% certain about, confident about, is that there is a bunch of people who will lie for her. She's got a police force behind her. She's got 33 behind her. She's got the White House, Scott Bessent that'll publish letters saying that they they're so upstanding and so moral, right? That's what she feels 100% certain of is that she's connected to the billionaire class of Epstein-type people who lie about everything. Me, I follow the facts and Tyler Robinson did not do this. He's not a lone gunman on a rooftop, okay? So, I challenge you. I challenge any person like I've done over and over again, if you feel so 100% overwhelmed by the evidence that Tyler Robinson did this, please come sit in this studio and debate me. I need someone to debate on this. It's overwhelming. So overwhelmed that I'm having a heart attack. IT'S SO OVERWHELMING. There's so much evidence. THERE'S NO EVIDENCE. SHUT UP. STOP It's the end of Lent and I just don't I I I genuinely want to be calm this week getting out of Lent. You don't have to shut up. I just prefer you say nothing. That's a better way of saying that. So, there's a lot to take away from this. I mean, first of all, number one, without without adding more salt to the wound, it's very clear that Candace Owens and Charlie Kirk were very good friends. And you know, I remember when I did the live stream on the day Charlie Kirk got assassinated and I thought I thought I was being trolled by my audience, you know, want to say disgusted, but disturbed by the celebrations or the I guess the memory of passing of Charlie Kirk. Just the fireworks and the music and the dancing and then setting up a tent where the the exact same kind of tent in which he got assassinated in, set it up for the people to take photos at, which is probably extremely disturbing to me. At least to me personally. I'm going to speak for myself. In my opinion, that was just so wrong and I thought it was AI. I wish it was AI. You would think a normal person would look at this and say, "Hmm, this is very questionable." And again, the actions of Turning Point USA when Charlie Kirk, Charlie Kirk was against a war with Iran and yet he was losing huge donors. He had people threaten him and yell at him. Now, I'm going to say this. In this business, especially when you become a large channel with millions of subscribers, you get a big team, you got a studio and all that other stuff. Stuff costs money. But see, the thing is, these donors were asking Charlie Kirk to do something that he would debate the college kids do and that is, you know, changing his beliefs or falling under pressure, which to his credit, at least what it looks like, he was not breaking. In fact, he was willingly and accepting the fact that he was going to lose those donors because he didn't want to give up on his values. And I'm pretty sure this, too. And I'm Look, you my audience have at it in the live stream chat, have at it in the comment section. But let's talk about his religion and faith. He was a Christian, right? And I'm pretty sure, he didn't like the imagery of what was happening in Gaza of little children dying, being blown up. Because, you know, he you know, and and again, perhaps I'm projecting too much on here, but perhaps he just saw like, "Hey, you know, I'm a man of faith. I'm a man of God. I wouldn't like that if somebody did that to my kids. How can I in good conscience believe in an all-loving God if oh, people are dying. People are getting blown up and killed. I can't support this. I don't want I don't want to change the narrative on it." He was disgusted by it. And at least according to Joe Kent, his last words were to him, at least, was, "Hey, make sure we don't go to war with Iran. Make sure this doesn't happen." But yet, hold on. Sorry about this, folks. Let me just make sure that I get this video also set up right here. I want to make sure that we at least play this up here because there's a Here is actually the craziest part of the filing that I don't think anybody noticed. Okay, everybody's talking about the ATF, but the devil is always in the details. The Feds are always in the details, okay? Now, I'm going to read this. Regarding the firearm evidence, the defense has been provided with an ATF summary. Again, just a summary report which indicates that the ATF was unable to identify the bullet recovered at autopsy uh to the rifle allegedly tied to Mr. Robinson. Although the state has not indicated an intent to produce this report at the preliminary hearing, the the defense may very well decide to offer the testimony of the ATF firearm analyst as exculpatory evidence. Okay, so they met, they conferred, and they're like, "Okay, we haven't even received We we got a summary that like that this is not matching, but we want to see the whole report. We want to see how they got there cuz the report will show us how they conduct this We'll actually be able to see that bullet fragment, how big it I don't know. We know nothing." And then Erica's team comes in, the the state comes in, they're like, "It doesn't matter. We're not going to We're not even going to bring up the ATF thing. So you have our word, so we're good." They're like, "Well, first of Why aren't you bringing that up? And uh it's not about whether you're good, it's about whether we're good because that's pretty exculpatory for us. If, you know, the gun does not fit, you must acquit. This is the purpose of a preliminary hearing is to get a judge to unilaterally dismiss something as an option. Uh so, what's up with that? Why are you not getting They're like, "Oh, because we're going to do some other testing down the line." Here's where it gets crucial. Pay attention. Look alive, okay? It goes on and it says, "In order to make this determination, it is necessary for the defense and its firearm ex- expert to review the ATF case file and the protocols relating to this examination, which have not yet been provided." So I just want to pause here. As someone who's going through some legal stuff, too, you know, it's very important that the, you know, cuz the defense Hey, everyone Hey hey from the prosecution to the defense, everyone is required to have all the evidence before them. And here's the thing with the defense, and this really works in their favor. See, autopsy, bullet fragments, and the weapon of choice that was used. You see, the thing is, at least as it stands, and I'm going to say this with what has been presented according to the media, Tyler Robinson was on the rooftop of that college, had his weapon pointed at Charlie Kirk, and boom, made a very dedicated sniper shot with that hunting rifle to Charlie Kirk's neck, in which Charlie Kirk died. weapon of choice, and this is as someone who has handled firearms, that round in particular would have caused more severe traumatic injury and not have been so clean. Now again, there's many factors to put in here, such as physics, the wind, and sometimes, hey, the velocity of said round. But if the bullets don't match up, that means Tyler Robinson has been arrested and falsely accused, allegedly. Then one has to wonder, okay, if it's not Tyler Robinson, who the hell did it? What was the weapon of choice? And where is the shooter or shooters at? Oh, I went there. Cuz maybe the conspiracy is far more larger than we know. At least as it stands. Again, evidence, fact-finding, autopsy reports, weapon handling, and also how the ATF handled it. Because if the ATF was unable to identify the bullet recovered at the autopsy, do we have the right guy? Do we have the right person? And so then the narrative also gets changed here, too, because there was a lot of people, and I mean this is no disrespect, but a lot of people on the right were saying that this is lefties assaulting people on the right. Now look, I've seen political violence from the right on the left and the left on the right. But these are the extremists, okay? Fast majority of us on the left and right are reasonable people, and I think this is just a further attempt to cause us to divide and hate each other, in my opinion. Because if there's a united American public, you better believe that this war with Iran would not be going down, and that all of us would be screaming bloody murder to hold those accountable in the Epstein files. Oh, remember that? Yeah, isn't it great how we all forgot about Epstein Epstein? Haha, Jeffrey Epstein. We all forgot about the most prolific human trafficker in international history. We all forgot about the Epstein files and the Epstein administration. I mean, Trump administration. Whoop whoop whoop What am I talking about? The state has also indicated that the FBI is in the process of conducting a second comparative bullet analysis, as well as a bullet lead analysis, that these analyses are not yet complete. Okay, pay attention, Tyler Robinson's defense team. I'm about to help you out in a big way. They told you that, you conferred, they said, "Okay, don't worry, we got it. We got this. We're going to do a secondary thing with the feds." And like, me, I'm nosy. I'm like, "Wait, what do you mean?" The The ATF is alcohol, tobacco, and firearms. That's the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. If they couldn't do it, what extra power does the FBI have to do it? If the firearm people can't do it, why is this going to the FBI? So I said, "What is a comparative bullet lead analysis? What is that? I need to know things. I like to learn." And lo and behold, uh we find out that the CBLEA, the compositional analysis, is a discontinued forensic technique that analyzed trace elements, uh copper, arsenic, in lead to link crime scene bullets to suspects. It was primarily used by the FBI from the 1980s until 2004, but it was then abandoned in 2005 due to flawed scientific, statistical, and interpretive validity. Wait, they discontinued this? Like 20 years ago? 21 years ago because they said it was flawed? And sure enough, Skyler starts looking through and he's like, "Yeah, no, the innocence of the people have been freed because of how flawed this was." They literally put the wrong people in prison using this technology until it became so obvious that nobody would even stand trial and back it anymore, so they just got rid of this analysis. It's been gone for 20 years. Wake up, Tyler Robinson's defense team. I know it's a lot going on, 60,000 files. This is them telling you they're going to make this bullet fit no matter what. The feds will do it. If you're ATF isn't going to be corrupt, we'll be corrupt. And they've been corrupt since the beginning of this. Look at this news clip explaining further why and how this technique that they're now going to employ got discredited historically, um and is no longer in use. Here are the reasons why it got discredited. Take a listen to this local Atlanta news clip. FBI agents swore by it, incorporated Now, hold on. We're going to pause here for a second. Let me just share this with you guys cuz this has been going around, and I want to make sure all of you are aware of this. So analysis from the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms and Explosives, ATF, could not conclusively connect a bullet fragment recovered during Charlie Kirk's autopsy to the rifle found near the scene of the right-wing political activist killing. And the FBI is running additional tests, lawyers for Kirk's accused murderer said in recent court filings. So in these court filings, Tyler Robinson's defense team also asked for delay of preliminary hearing scheduled in May, saying they need time to review the bullet analysis, as well as the enormous amount of other material that can contribute to the suspect's defense. And he's entitled to it. I understand there's people so furious and angry at this person. Remember, don't forget, um Erica did say did say that she did forgive her husband's killer. So, I wanted to just point this out here. If the bullet fragments don't match up to the rifle, that means it wasn't the rifle that took him out. And that means also there's another thing, too, to look into. You know, when you do fire a weapon, there is trace amounts of the last time it was fired. You could check that out. Also, when it was recently used. I mean, remember, why why do you think in the Marine Corps they teach you to clean the rifle? You know, cuz you got to keep it clean cuz the residue from the bullet, the rounds when it fires. I mean, it's again, it's a whole lot of physics in And if it's not the rifle, and he's not the killer, Did you know that the sheriff who got that confession out of Charlie Kirk's killer resigned? Did you guys know that? Did you know that? Did you know? Did you know? Mhm. Continue on. The success of the uh the forensic uh ballistics analysis largely depends on the size and condition of the bullet fragments. Experts are looking for unique microscopic markings that are left on a bullet as it passes through the gun's barrel. That's right, or rifle. Rifle. The scratches are like fingerprints in that no two firearms make identical markings. Which means if it's not that round, something else happened to old Charlie. What happened to Charlie Kirk was wrong because it opened up the Pandora's Box for further online censorship. Why do you think I'm so invested into this? It's because, yeah, I am deeply and emotionally connected to this because of what this means for the rest of us in independent media. Right now, I am deeply concerned with how quick online media, especially independent media, has been censored and suppressed. How a lot of us have been battling the censorship, and what I fear is going to be happening down the road. Last year, YouTube alone went after a million channels that got terminated. Now, some of it was AI slop, but other of it was was regular content creators that wrongly got terminated for no reason whatsoever. Now, prosecutors are right now seeking the death penalty for Tyler Robinson, who is charged with aggravated murder on the 10th of September shooting death of Charlie Kirk at the Utah Valley University campus. However, Robinson has not yet entered a plea. Prosecutor's have said that DNA consistent with Robinson's was found on the trigger of the rifle, the fired cartridge casing, and two unfired cartridges. Defense attorneys note that forensic reports indicate multiple people's DNA was found on some items. Which by the way, that looked like a hunting rifle. I'm just going to say this here. Rifles that are used by other people, I just wanted to state this here. Your DNA will be on it. So, yeah. DNA is like everywhere, you know. Mhm. DNA everywhere. Just want to pull this up here real quick. Just a little They discontinued this because not even the scientists or the bullet manufacturers would testify that that made any sense. Not even the scientists or the bullet manufac- We don't know how you're doing this. You're just saying that you have some special scientific technique that the scientists are saying is not so scientific and the bullet manufacturer is saying, "Yeah, you this doesn't make any sense." And so they just quietly stopped doing that in 2005. And but guess what, guys? Cash's boys are going to dust that off, pull it back because ATF probably said, "A little too obvious and corrupt for us." Okay, best we can do, like, you know, we're the feds, we're the fed boys. Love you, but can we give you an inconclusive? Can we just say inconclusive? Probably doesn't even match. Inconclusive is the best I can do as your homie. You guys are on your own if you're going to do be that corrupt despite this history of the strategy being corrupt. Um because scientists and you you put a lot of people in jail wrongly. And the feds are like, "Yeah, that's what we're trying to do. We're trying to put somebody in jail wrongly." So, that's what we're doing. We need We need to bring back the technique which has been discontinued for 20 years. Incredible. Bombshell. Should be on the cover of every mainstream news reporting that the FBI is bringing back an already debunked technique so that they can give Erica the evidence she needs to connect this gun which hasn't even been fired uh to Tyler Robinson. Again, ignore the people that are telling you over and over again that his prints are on his gun. That's common sense, people. If somebody comes to my house and steals a gun, it's going to have me and George's prints on it and DNA on it because our prints carry oil and that's our DNA. It does not mean that we then took this gun and killed somebody. Want to pause here and that again, we need to gather more evidence and information, but right now if this is coming out and this is being shared all over the internet, all over the media, a narrative is starting to fall apart. And that means for the last year through all this time, everything about Charlie Kirk and what happened on that day in September is forever going to turn this country upside down because of it turns out that this is a far more bigger plot. Because remember, in the aftermath of Charlie Kirk's assassination, Turning Point USA did a 180. Turning Point USA also got a big boost from the White House. Turning Point USA is now on a lot of college campuses and of course with the death of Charlie Kirk, it earned a lot of public sympathy. Could you imagine what's going to happen if a Coca-Cola Classic line is used and things change? As a wise man once said, and shout out to Dr. Nick, one of my one of my key legionnaires.
