2023 Second PM Peak Hour Results – North of Jackson Street
North of Jackson Street, the second-highest hour LOS stra tegy yields one intersection at LOS F: Crater
Lake Avenue/Delta Waters Road. With the peak hour LOS strategy there is one m ore intersection at LOS
E, but Crater Lake Avenue/Delta Waters Road is still the only intersection at LOS F. Analy sis results are
