Southern Land Company's Franklin community Westhaven is pleased to announce that it
executive Pen-y Lancianese has relocated from West Palm Beach, Florida and a native of
Pennsylvania, a third generation restaurateur, a Culinary Chef, a Golf Professional. Land.
enthusiastically accepted the role of General Manager and Director of Golf Operations at
Golf Club.
Westhaven, located in west Franklin, is a Southern Land Company community. Additiona
experienced culinary expert Bill Brown will join the Golf Club staff as Executive Chef.
Lancianese has worked in leadership positions at high-end golf dubs for over three dews
past 22 years, Lancianese served as General Manager and Director of Golf for two premi.

Before joining Westhaven, Brown served as the Executive Chef at the Palm Beach Polo a.
Club In Wellington, Florida. He has 12 years of experience working as an Executive Chef
distinguished private clubs across the country. Brown spent the last 23 years of his care(
greater Los Angeles area working In the Country Club industry, including, Bel Air Country
South Hills Country Club in Covina, California and Bimamwood Golf Club in Santa Barbar
