In this video, Jeffery B. Rogers cooks an extra-thick ribeye steak in a Lodge cast iron skillet
using what he calls 'The Constant Flip Method.' It is a method used by some chefs in
which the steak is flipped every 3o seconds until a beautiful brown crust is formed. One
of the tips is to first cook using only sea salt and vegetable oil. And then during the last
