Pursuant to our telephone conversation, attached you will find a draft of the consulting
agreement to be provided to Larry Wright, upon the authorization of Jeffrey.
We have worked from the final Agreement which was executed with BlackRock back in
November.
I have attached a REDLINE version as well as a CLEAN version.
Aside from the date, the primary changes were to make certain we had full contact
information for the end-user, as well as confirmation of our ability to deal direct with the
purchaser moving forward.
I will await for your instruction prior to circulating to Larry Wright for execution.
