(U//FOUO) Travel Records Regarding Jeffrey Epstein, Main Subject in a
Child Sex Trafficking Investigation, Establishes Travel Pattern to Posture for
an Arrest
(U) Executive Summary
(U//FOUO) FBI New York C-20 is investigating Jeffry Epstein as a main subject in a child sex
trafficking investigation based on information regarding several victims reportedly sexually
abused by Epstein in the mid-2000s. Epstein owned four residences located in New York,
Florida, the Virgin Islands, and New Mexico and was known to travel extensively via his own
private accommodations. FBI New York conducted extensive research on Epstein's travel
history in order to establish a pattern for his arrest. This TIR addresses FBI New York Criminal
Division Band II Threat — Crimes Against Children.
• (U//FOUO) Epstein most commonly uses Teterboro, New Jersey International Airport for
INBOUND flights from various locations.
• (U//FOUO) Paris, France is identified as Epstein's most frequented travel destination
secondary to locations where he resides.
• (U//FOUO) Epstein maintains three United States Passports, but only one remains active.
• (U//FOUO) Epstein owns and travels on private aircrafts.
(U) Substantiation
(U//LES) Travel records reviewed for Jeffrey Epstein between 1 July 2017 to 14 June 2019
revealed travel patterns indicating Epstein traveled exclusively to Florida, New Jersey, France,
the Virgin Islands, and the Dominican Republic. Epstein most commonly used Teterboro, New
Jersey International Airport for INBOUND flights from various locations over other airports in
the United States.

documented travel records,' Epstein flew to Teterboro, New Jersey 18 times, which were
INBOUND to the United States from various locations (US Customs and Border Patrol I
TECS I "Encounter Records of Jeffrey Epstein" 122 April 2019-27 June 2019).
• (U//LES) According to TECS travel records matching the subject, of the last 50
documented travel records, Epstein flew to Palm Beach, Florida 8 times, which were
INBOUND to the United States from various locations (US Customs and Border Patrol I
TECS I "Encounter Records of Jeffrey Epstein" 122 April 2019-27 June 2019).
(U//LES) Paris, France is identified as Epstein's frequented travel destination secondary to
locations where he resides. Epstein has established a regimented travel pattern from the United
States to France on a routine basis for over a 12-month period. Based on Epstein's travel patterns
to Paris, France over the past two years and for dates surrounding his departure on 14 June 2019
it appears Epstein's travel may mark his return to the United States shortly after the 4th of July.

14 June 2019, Epstein traveled to Paris, France on 11 separate occasions (US Customs

traveled OUTBOUND on the 4th of July for a total of 10 days. Epstein left on 2 July
2017 and returned on 11 July 2017 from Paris, France. (US Customs and Border Patrol I

notification email from the on Epstein indicated Epstein scheduled a
